Solution
  • In planning the play before playing a card from dummy, the key play is to play the ten of clubs on the first lead.
  • If the ten is retained, declarer will come to only two club tricks.
  • If the two is retained and not the ten, declarer can finesse the nine of clubs for his ninth trick.
