Solution
- South wins the opening lead, plays the heart Ace and then ruffs a heart in dummy.
- At trick four the spade Jack is played from dummy!
- The defenders win and cannot do better than play another trump.
- South ruff another with dummy’s last trump, returns to hand with a ruff of the third diamond and draws the outstanding trump.
- This remaining heart loser is discarded on the fourth round of spades.
